Support for Parents

After a recent survey some parents were unaware who they could contact in school if they had any concerns. Here is a reminder of what support Mrs O'Leary and Mrs Brown can help with and they will be around by the main entrance on parents' evenings or drop them an email.

Pupil Premium Grant

We are asking that ALL parents spend 10 minutes filling in the form on the below link. You may not currently qualify for a Pupil Premium Grant which will go to support you and your child(ren) while they are at SVPS…but know there is a lot of uncertainty around job retention….etc at the moment. If you apply and your circumstances change in the future, this should automatically be granted without you having to reapply.

It really does only take 10 minutes and all you need is your National Insurance Number.

Healthy Start Vitamins

Gloucestershire County Council have a new process for eligible families to access Healthy Start Vitamins - please see the attached flyer to see if you are able to access these for FREE. You can also find out more at www.gloucestershire.gov.uk/healthy-start/

Name Labels

Please make sure that EVERYTHING is labelled with your child's name. As you can imagine, trying to reunite a lost jumper that isn't named is like trying to find a needle in a haystack.  Please click the link below if you would like to order name labels for your child - we receive commission for all orders.

Universal Free School Meals

All children in Reception, Years 1 and 2 will be entitled to a free school meal from September 2014.  This can be a hot meal or a packed lunch and can be ordered each day at registration.  Arrangements for hot meals for children in KS2 will remain as they are currently.

Flu Immunistions

Flu Immunisations will be taking place in school on Monday 6^th an Tuesday 7^th October 2024.

Please complete the consent form online (one for each child, please) using the following link
