Panathlon Finals and Change4life Festival

Due to some of our KS1 and KS2 children doing so well at the Panathlon in May, we qualified for the KS2 Finals at Hartpury College on Friday 16th June.  The KS2 children on the previous team: Abigail, Teagan, Jack and Krish, were joined by Jess, Callum, Eva and Alysha, making a fantastic team!  They did really well at a variety of activities including table top cricket, table tennis, throwing balls at a target, parachute game, curling and kicking a football at a target, and finished as third runners up - well done team!

On the same day at Hartpury, most of the Change4life lunchtime club children attended a Change4life Festival.  Jake, Toby, Amy, Katy, Jamie, Abhiya, Lucy and Maisie all worked incredibly together as a team, supported by our Change4life Year 5 champions Bernie, Sophie, Carlos and Alex on a variety of different activities including target practise, ball races, and even cheerleading and gymnastics!

In the afternoon both groups of children were able to try out lots of new activities, including horse riding (sort of!), rock climbing and zorb football!
