Years 3 and 4 Football Tournament - April 2025

On Wednesday 9^th April, we took two teams to a Local Schools’ Girls’ Year 3 / 4 Football Tournament at Cleeve Football Club.  There were 6 teams involved. SVPS 1 won 4 matches and drew 1 and SVPS 2 won 2 and lost 3. It was a great afternoon of football, in the glorious sunshine, and they all enjoyed playing; for some this was their first time playing in a match. They had a super attitude and team spirit. I have to mention Seren's and Evie's hat tricks in their matches and great saves by Thea and Callie-Rose, and Clara was never really put under pressure, only conceding one goal. They all played a part in their teams and should be super proud of themselves.
