St. Edwards - October 2017

12 children took part in our second cross country race of the year, at St Edward's School on Thursday 12th October.  It was a tricky course this week, with quite a bit of uphill running involved and it was a very warm afternoon for October!

Over 200 children took part in each of the boys' and girls' races again this week, making it incredibly competitive, with a very fast pace being set from the start.  A big well done to our quickest finishers: Reece, with an incredible 37th, Louis at 96th and Albert, who is only in Year 4 and came in 98th.

Well done to the other children who came back for a second race this week: Bernie, Jake, Rory, Jacob, Dylan, Marie-Claire and Niamh, and well done to Luke and Dylan who joined us this week (a special well done to Dylan, who didn't give up despite injury!)

Thank you to everyone that came and supported.
